Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Companion ("the service"), a web app operated by an independent developer based in Argentina. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. What the service is
AI Companion lets you chat with three fictional AI characters — Luna, Mei and Sakura. They are artificial intelligence, not real people. Replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or inappropriate. The service is meant for friendly conversation and language practice. It is not romance, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
2. If you are struggling
If you are in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away (for example, in Japan: いのちの電話). An AI cannot help in an emergency.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten or harm others;
- try to get the AI to produce sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence, self-harm or hate;
- attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass its limits;
- resell the service or create accounts automatically.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Plans and payments
- Free: up to 30 messages per day.
- Premium: USD 5 per month (plus any applicable taxes), with up to 200 messages per day under fair use, voice messages and the other Premium features shown in the app.
Payments are processed by Gumroad as merchant of record, under its own terms. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your Gumroad receipt or gumroad.com/subscriptions; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period. If something went wrong with a charge, write to us and we'll sort it out fairly. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service (for example, sending it to our AI provider to generate replies), as described in the Privacy Policy. The characters, artwork, name and software of AI Companion belong to us. Character images are AI-generated.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll tell you in advance about significant changes that affect paid plans.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing lunameisakura.app@gmail.com. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI replies, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and notify you in the app of significant changes. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

本規約は、アルゼンチン在住の個人開発者が運営するウェブアプリ「AI Companion」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。アカウントを作成し、または本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。プライバシーポリシーもあわせてご確認ください。
1. 本サービスについて
本サービスでは、ルナ・メイ・サクラという3人の架空のAIキャラクターとチャットできます。キャラクターは人工知能であり、実在の人間ではありません。返信は自動で生成されるため、不正確・不適切な内容を含む場合があります。本サービスは気軽な会話や語学練習のためのもので、恋愛サービスではなく、医療・心理・法律・金融などの専門的な助言の代わりにはなりません。
2. つらいときは
危機的な状況にある場合や、自分を傷つけたいと感じている場合は、すぐに緊急通報や相談窓口（日本：いのちの電話など）にご連絡ください。AIは緊急時の助けにはなれません。
3. 利用資格
本サービスは18歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。ログイン情報の管理と、アカウントでの行為については利用者ご自身が責任を負います。
4. 禁止事項
- 違法行為、他者への嫌がらせ・脅迫・加害のための利用。
- 未成年者が関わる性的コンテンツや、暴力・自傷・差別を助長する内容をAIに生成させようとすること。
- 本サービスの妨害、過負荷、スクレイピング、リバースエンジニアリング、上限の回避。
- 本サービスの転売、自動的なアカウント作成。
これらに違反したアカウントは停止または削除することがあります。
5. プランと支払い
- 無料：1日30メッセージまで。
- プレミアム：月額5米ドル（税別）。公正利用の範囲で1日200メッセージまで、音声メッセージ、その他アプリ内に表示されるプレミアム機能。
決済はGumroadが販売事業者（Merchant of Record）として同社の規約に基づき処理します。サブスクリプションは解約するまで毎月自動更新されます。Gumroadの領収メールまたは gumroad.com/subscriptions からいつでも解約でき、支払い済み期間の終了までプレミアムを利用できます。請求に問題があった場合はご連絡ください。誠実に対応します。料金を変更する場合は30日以上前にお知らせし、支払い済みの期間には適用しません。
6. あなたのコンテンツ
あなたが書いた内容の権利はあなたに帰属します。本サービスの提供に必要な範囲（例：返信を生成するためAI事業者に送信する）でのみ、保存・処理することを許諾していただきます。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。キャラクター、画像、名称、ソフトウェアの権利は運営者に帰属します。キャラクター画像はAIで生成されています。
7. 提供と変更
安定した提供に努めますが、中断やエラーがないことは保証できません。機能を追加・変更・終了することがあり、有料プランに影響する重要な変更は事前にお知らせします。
8. アカウントの終了
いつでも利用をやめ、lunameisakura.app@gmail.com へのメールでアカウント削除を依頼できます。重大または繰り返しの規約違反があった場合、利用を停止・終了することがあります。
9. 免責と責任の制限
本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。法律で認められる範囲で、間接的・派生的な損害や、AIの返信に基づくあなたの判断について責任を負いません。当方の責任の総額は、請求前12か月間にお支払いいただいた金額を上限とします。ただし、放棄できない消費者保護法上の権利を制限するものではありません。
10. 準拠法
本規約はアルゼンチン共和国の法律に準拠します。ただし、お住まいの国の強行的な消費者保護規定を妨げるものではありません。
11. 規約の変更
本規約を更新することがあります。その場合は上記の日付を更新し、重要な変更はアプリ内でお知らせします。変更後も利用を続けることで、新しい規約に同意したものとみなします。

Estos términos regulan el uso de AI Companion ("el servicio"), una app web operada por un desarrollador independiente con base en Argentina. Al crear una cuenta o usar el servicio, los aceptás. Leé también nuestra Política de privacidad.
1. Qué es el servicio
AI Companion te permite chatear con tres personajes ficticios de IA: Luna, Mei y Sakura. Son inteligencia artificial, no personas reales. Las respuestas se generan automáticamente y pueden ser inexactas, inconsistentes o inapropiadas. El servicio es para conversar y practicar idiomas. No es un servicio romántico y no reemplaza el consejo profesional médico, psicológico, legal ni financiero.
2. Si la estás pasando mal
Si estás en crisis o pensando en hacerte daño, contactá ya a los servicios de emergencia o a una línea de ayuda (en Argentina: 135 desde CABA y GBA, o (011) 5275-1135; en Japón: いのちの電話). Una IA no puede ayudarte en una emergencia.
3. Requisitos
Tenés que tener al menos 18 años para usar el servicio. Sos responsable de cuidar tus datos de acceso y de la actividad de tu cuenta.
4. Uso aceptable
Te comprometés a no:
- usar el servicio para algo ilegal, ni para acosar, amenazar o dañar a otros;
- intentar que la IA genere contenido sexual que involucre menores, o contenido que promueva la violencia, la autolesión o el odio;
- intentar romper, sobrecargar, scrapear o hacer ingeniería inversa del servicio, ni saltear sus límites;
- revender el servicio o crear cuentas de forma automatizada.
Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estas reglas.
5. Planes y pagos
- Gratis: hasta 30 mensajes por día.
- Premium: USD 5 por mes (más impuestos que correspondan), hasta 200 mensajes por día por uso justo, mensajes de voz y las demás funciones Premium que muestra la app.
Los pagos los procesa Gumroad como vendedor registrado (merchant of record), bajo sus propios términos. La suscripción se renueva cada mes hasta que la canceles. Podés cancelar cuando quieras desde el recibo de Gumroad o en gumroad.com/subscriptions, y seguís con Premium hasta el fin del período pagado. Si hubo un problema con un cobro, escribinos y lo resolvemos de buena fe. Podemos cambiar los precios avisando con al menos 30 días; el cambio nunca aplica a un período ya pagado. Si sos consumidor en Argentina, conservás tu derecho de revocación según la Ley 24.240.
6. Tu contenido
Lo que escribís es tuyo. Nos das permiso para guardarlo y procesarlo solo para hacer funcionar el servicio (por ejemplo, enviarlo a nuestro proveedor de IA para generar respuestas), como explica la Política de privacidad. Los personajes, imágenes, nombre y software de AI Companion son nuestros. Las imágenes de los personajes están generadas con IA.
7. Disponibilidad y cambios
Hacemos lo posible para que el servicio funcione, pero no podemos garantizar que no tenga cortes ni errores. Podemos agregar, cambiar o quitar funciones, y avisamos con anticipación los cambios importantes que afecten planes pagos.
8. Baja de la cuenta
Podés dejar de usar el servicio y pedir el borrado de tu cuenta cuando quieras escribiendo a lunameisakura.app@gmail.com. Podemos suspender o dar de baja el acceso si incumplís estos términos de forma grave o reiterada.
9. Garantías y responsabilidad
El servicio se brinda "tal como está". En la medida que lo permita la ley, no respondemos por daños indirectos o consecuentes, ni por decisiones que tomes en base a respuestas de la IA, y nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que nos hayas pagado en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo. Nada de esto limita los derechos irrenunciables que te da la ley de defensa del consumidor.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina, sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor de tu país de residencia.
11. Cambios en los términos
Podemos actualizar estos términos; cambiaremos la fecha de arriba y avisaremos en la app si el cambio es importante. Si seguís usando el servicio después, aceptás los términos nuevos.
